1. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Please email us at vastrabycinvy@gmail or WhatsApp us at +91-9111449619 with your order details.

After Dispatch:
Unfortunately, once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after receiving the product, as per our return policy below.

2. Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns for the following cases:

Wrong item received

Defective or damaged product

Size issue (exchange only, no refunds for size issues)

Conditions for Return:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.

Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.

Sale items and customised orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Products bought under special discounts, clearance sales, or promotional offers are also not eligible for return/refund.

Exchange Process:

Exchanges are allowed for size issues only, subject to stock availability.

3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only in cases of order cancellations (before dispatch) or defective/wrong products if a replacement is not available.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will ensure a swift resolution.
